Dr. Spiegel Retirement Letter

Please join us in extending our best wishes to Dr. Robert Spiegel, who after almost 40 years of practicing veterinary medicine, has retired as of August 2022. As many of you know, Dr. Spiegel purchased and refurbished Animal Clinic of Oceanway in 2011, fulfilling his dream of building a practice that could provide excellent general care and further strengthen the human animal bond. Over the years, we’ve all appreciated his tireless dedication to his patients and their families, his unwavering professionalism and insight.

Although we are all sad to see Dr. Spiegel retire, we are thrilled to see him embark on this new exciting chapter in life. He is looking forward to new adventures and spending time with his family in Vermont. Dr. Spiegel would like to extend his gratitude for all the trust and loyalty our clients have provided over the years (he will also truly miss all of your furry family members).

Dr. Spiegel is also pleased and excited to be handing the baton over to Dr. Alexa Herppich who will continue to grow our practice and welcome new and old clients with all their furry companions!
